Hello. Predcort ds was prescribed for my 3 year old son. He had a nasty cold for over a month which led to an ear infection. His cold has been better for about a week now but since yesterday his runny nose returned with a slight fever today. The prescription was for 1and a half teaspoons of predcort once per day for 5 days and I did just that. Since the cold has returned can I give him again and what dosage?
